Administrators and owners can remove an email from the queue.

Removing an Email from the Queue

Removing an email from the queue prevents the email from being sent to the recipients. Recipients include the person displayed in the Recipient column, as well as any email addresses in the CC or BCC columns. 

To remove an email from the queue:

  1. Pause the email queue
  2. Click the  beside the email you want to remove from the queue.

Removing Email

Only pending emails will display a  beside them. After an email is sent, the  no longer displays.

A confirmation message displays.

  1. Click OK. The email's status changes to Removed.
  2. Restart the email queue.
