Administrators and owners can restart the email queue.
Restarting the Queue
Restarting the email queue enables the system to start sending emails again after the queue was paused.
To restart the email queue:
- From the Admin menu, select Account Admin.
- Select Email Management.
- Click Queue Management.
- Click Resume Queue.
