About Post-Course Evaluation Variables
SmarterU's post-course evaluation variables may be used in form creation tools such as Typeform and Survey Monkey to pass in values from SmarterU. For example, the following URL generated in Typeform will replace the xxxxx values with the actual variable value.
https://neovation.typeform.com/to/NqftKQ?su_name=xxxxx&su_email=xxxxx&su_employeeid=xxxxx&su_home_group=xxxxx&su_course=xxxxx&su_session=xxxxx&su_location=xxxxx
In the example below, the su_course variable is replaced with the course name.
Post-Course Evaluation Variables
The following SmarterU variables are available for post-course evaluation surveys.
su_name
The learner's name.
su_email
The learner's email address.
If the learner's email address is not specified, the variable will return a blank.
su_employeeid
The learner's employee ID.
If the learner's employee ID is not specified, the variable will return a blank.
su_home_group
The learner's home group.
su_course
The name of the course.
su_session
This variable is only applicable to instructor-led courses. The session start date and time.
su_location
This variable is only applicable to instructor-led courses. The session location.
