Fill-in-the-blank activities require learners to select the correct answer from two possible options.
Each fill-in-the-blank activity can have one or more activity groups. An activity group provides a way to group related questions together. For example, you might want to create a fill-in-the-blank activity for processing returns and exchanges. You could create one activity group for processing returns, and another activity group for processing exchanges.
Each activity group can have one or more sentences. Sentences are the statements that learners complete.
