Downloading Knowledge Base Items

To download an article or file from a knowledge base:

1. From the Admin menu, select Knowledge Base.
2. Select the knowledge base containing the article you would like to edit. 
3. View the article or file. 
4. If you are downloading an article, click PDF.

If you are downloading a file, click Download File.

5. Navigate to the location where you would like to save the file.
6. Click Save.
