An article is content for a knowledge base created within SmarterU. You can create wiki-style articles with a structured format, or full-page, free-form articles.
Articles are created using a template that defines the information, tags, and attributes to be included in the article.
In order for users to see the knowledge base in the learner interface, you must add a Knowledge Base type page to the user's dashboard set. Users will also need to have permission to view the articles and files in the knowledge base folder.
