Knowledge base files are external files that may be uploaded to a SmarterU knowledge base. This includes images, videos, documents, and forms. Refer to Supported Knowledge Base File Types for a complete list of supported file types.
You may also use embed code to access media that has been uploaded to another site.
In order for users to see the knowledge base in the learner interface, you must add a Knowledge Base type page to the user's dashboard set. Users will also need to have permission to view the articles and files in the knowledge base folder.
