Editing a Knowledge Base

To edit a knowledge base's information or permissions:

1. From the Admin menu, select Knowledge Base.
2. Select KB Management.
3. From the KB Management Dashboard, select the knowledge base you would like to edit.
4. Edit the knowledge base's settings as needed. Information about the various accordions can be found on the pages below:

• Information
• Permissions

5. Click Save.
