Learning Plans and Certifications

Learning plans provide a way to deliver a series of courses to your users. When a learning plan is assigned to a user, SmarterU also assigns the learning plan's certifications and requirements (i.e., actions and courses) to the user. 

There are several ways to view users' certification details and confirm their actions including the Certifications Dashboard and Action Approval Workscreen.
