If a user forgets their password, or reaches the maximum number of attempts to log in, there are two options to reset their password:
- Edit the user's profile and enter a new password for the user.
- Ask the user to follow the instructions for recovering their password.
The password is case-sensitive and will need to comply with the account's password requirements.
