Who Has Access

Administrators or owners can restart the unenrollments queue. 

Restarting the Unenrollments Queue

Restarting the unenrollments queue enables the system to start processing unenrollments again after the queue was paused.

To restart the unenrollments queue:

  1. From the Admin menu, select User Admin.
  2. Select Enrollments.
  3. Click Unenrollments.
  4. Click Resume Queue.
