Jovie can help you find instant answers to your SmarterU questions 24/7, track your support requests, and monitor system performance—all in one place.
You and other admins in your account can start chatting with Jovie by clicking the
chat icon in the bottom corner or the Ask Us a Question link on the Admin Dashboard.

If you previously asked Jovie or our Success Desk a question but forgot the solution, you can click the Recent Message tile to see your last question.

To see all your previous questions, click the Messages tab, where you can easily scroll through your entire conversation history to find what you need.

Check SmarterU’s System Status
If you are experiencing unexpected behavior in SmarterU, you can use Jovie to check SmarterU’s system status.

Our status page is where we share information about service outages and system maintenance.
