The functions available to users with the Allow Adding Courses to All Groups account permission are detailed below.
Course Admin
Course Information Workscreen
On its own, the Allow Adding Courses to All Groups account permission does NOT grant the user permission to the Courses Dashboard or access to all courses. Refer to Courses Dashboard for details on other permissions required for access.
Users with the Allow Adding Courses to All Groups account permission can do the following from the Course Information workscreen:
- Assign courses they have access to to all groups even if they don't have permissions on other groups. The user will be able to specify the default for the self enroll, auto enroll, and credits settings.
Instructor-Led Training Historical Entry Workscreen
On its own, the Allow Adding Courses to All Groups account permission does NOT grant the user permission to add historical training courses. Refer to Adding a Historical Training Course for details on other permissions required for access.
Users with the Allow Adding Courses to All Groups account permission can do the following from the Instructor-Led Training Historical Entry workscreen:
