Emails That Are Always Sent

Certain emails will be sent by the system regardless of whether the user's Enable Email Notifications setting is checked. In other words, the following emails will be sent to the user's primary email, their supervisor's email address, or their alternate email address even if the Enable Email Notifications setting is unchecked.

• Course Unenrollment Notification
• Enrollment Automation Report
• Enrollment Process Complete
• Missed Attendance
• Password Recovery
• Queued Exports Notification
• Removed from Waiting List
• Requested Course Certificates
• Session Changed
• Session Instructor Notification
• Subscription Enrollment Process Complete
• Task Feedback
• User Import Completed
