Article Summary

The Points and Rewards Dashboard enables you to view point trackers, manage point trackers, and manage the points learners earn and redeem. 

This feature is not enabled by default. If you're interested in using this feature, contact our Success Desk to have it enabled.

Who Has Access

Administrators and owners have access to the Points and Rewards Dashboard.

Viewing the Points and Rewards Dashboard

To view the Points and Rewards Dashboard:

  1. From the Admin menu, select Account Admin.
  2. Select Points & Rewards.

By default, the Point Trackers (by Name) list option is selected.

The right pane displays a grid of all point trackers. 

Columns in the Grid

The columns in the grid are described below.

Column

Description

Point Tracker

The name of the point tracker.

Area/Region

If licensing is enabled for the account, the area and region of the license associated with the point tracker.

Agency

If licensing is enabled for the account, the agency of the license associated with the point tracker.

Status

The status of the point tracker.

Expiry Type

The point tracker's expiry basis.

Expiry Days

The number of days until the point tracker expires. If the point tracker does not expire, "N/A" displays. 

Courses

The number of courses associated with the point tracker
