On its own, the View Account Users account permission does NOT grant the user permission to dashboards and functionality throughout the system. Refer to the specific dashboard or functionality for details.
The View Account Users account permission enables a user to see the entire user data when:
- Enrolling users in a session from the ILT Attendance Dashboard. Refer to ILT Attendance: Enrolling Users in a Session for details on the permissions required for access.
- Selecting a user's supervisor provided they have permission to create a user. Refer to Adding a User Manually for details on the permissions required for access.
- Selecting a user to add to a group provided they have permission to add users to a group. Refer to Editing a Group for details on the permissions required for access.
If a user does NOT have the View Account Users account permission, they will only see users in groups for which they have one or more of these permissions:
