Learner Interface: Providing Task Feedback

The Task Feedback/Help accordion displays below a task if feedback is allowed for both the online course and from your user account. 

To provide feedback on a task:

1. Expand the Task Feedback/Help accordion that is below the task. The name of the course, chapter, and task displays along with a field for entering your feedback.

2. Enter your feedback in the field.
3. Select the type of feedback that you are providing.
4. Click Send Feedback.

SmarterU sends the task feedback email to the addresses specified in the course's Feedback Email setting .
