Account Permission: Global Reporting

The functions available to users with the Global Reporting account permission are detailed below.

This permission is useful when an account with numerous groups wants to allow someone to report on any user in any group without having to give the person the View Learner Results permission for each group.

This account permission also allows the user to view report columns for every defined custom user field, regardless of the custom user field's Home Group Permission Required to View or Edit setting. 

Report Admin

Default Enrollment Report Workscreen

Users with the Global Reporting account permission can do the following from the default Enrollment Report workscreen:

• Run the default Enrollment Report. 

Default Learning Plan Report Workscreen

Users with the Global Reporting account permission can do the following from the default Learning Plan workscreen:

• Run the default Learning Plan Report. 

Reports Dashboard

Users with the Global Reporting account permission can do the following from the Reports Dashboard:

• Add custom Enrollment Reports. 
• Add custom Learning Plan Reports.
• Run custom Enrollment and Learning Plan Reports that they've added, or that are available to them based on the report's visibility level.

Scheduled Reporting Dashboard 

Users with the Global Reporting account permission can do the following from the Scheduled Reporting Dashboard:

• Schedule Enrollment Reports or Learning Plan Reports.
• Remove reports that they've scheduled.
• View the details for any reports that they've scheduled.
