Navigate to the Enrollments workscreen.
Click Recommended.
From here, you can review the recommended enrollments for groups, subscriptions, learning plans, certifications, and requirements that include a course with auto-enrollment enabled.
Change the object that you’re viewing recommendations for by clicking its button.
In the grid, you can see a list of pending enrollments, and other details such as the group associated with the enrollment, the course, and the learner’s name.

Now, let’s look at a couple of reasons why an enrollment can’t process and how to resolve them.
Course is Not in the User’s Group
The most common reason that a course enrollment can’t be processed is because it’s not assigned to the user’s group. In SmarterU, enrolments can only happen when the course and user belong to the same group.
The error message will be one of the following:
This course is not in the user's home group and therefore cannot be enrolled.
This course is not in the user's enrollment group and therefore cannot be enrolled.
To fix this, assign the course to the group.
No Available Sessions
Enrollments into an instructor-led course can fail if there aren’t any available sessions for the course and the waiting list is disabled.
In this case, the error message you’ll see is:
This course has no sessions available and therefore cannot be enrolled.
You can fix this by doing either of the following:
Add new sessions to the instructor-led course.
Change the course's Auto setting for the group, subscription, or learning plan requirement to Waiting List or Waiting List (Until Pass) AND enable the course and/or session waiting list.
