Setting Up Post Course Evaluations

Post-course evaluations enable you to use forms to collect learner feedback about your courses. 

To set up post-course evaluations:

  1. Create a form using SmarterU's form builder, or a third-party tool.
  2. If you'd like to specify a default form for the account, specify it in the Account Profile workscreen's Post-Course Evaluations accordion
  3. Enable post-course evaluations for the course. The course defaults to the account's default form. However, you can select a different form.
When an internal form is associated with an online or SCORM course, learners must submit the form in order for the course to be considered complete. You can create a custom Enrollment Report to identify the course enrollments that are awaiting a learner's form submission.

To make it easier for learners to see their assigned forms, you can create a new Forms type page in your dashboard sets.
