Article summary

Forms provide a way to get feedback on courses, or responses to other questions you might have.

Forms created with SmarterU's Form Builder are referred to as internal forms. Internal forms can be associated with your courses to collect learners' feedback about the course; this is referred to as a post-course evaluation

You can also share the link to an internal form independent of a course. Forms that are not associated with a course are referred to as standalone forms. Standalone forms may be helpful for general surveys and can be shared with users in your account. You can share the link to a standalone form via email, from a page in a dashboard set, in the description of a learning plan's action, or any way that you prefer.

The responses to internal forms can be exported to a CSV file for analysis.

SmarterU also supports the use of external forms for post-course evaluations. External forms are created using third-party software such as Typeform or SurveyMonkey.
