I disabled my browser's pop-up blocker but still cannot launch the SCORM course. What should I do?

Verify that you do not have a search toolbar installed in your browser such as Google Toolbar. If you do have a search toolbar installed in your browser, you must also disable pop-ups from the toolbar.

I completed a course but the Learner Dashboard didn't update to show the course as "Complete". What should I do?

Verify that you are using a supported browser.

I failed the final exam in a SCORM course. I went back into the course, retook the quiz and passed, but my mark didn't update to my new grade. What should I do?

If you clicked Review to re-enter the course, you are in Review mode and the mark cannot be adjusted. You will need to take the entire course again in order to indicate that you passed with your new grade. The failing grade will still display, but a new record will exist indicating that you passed.

Why can't I view a session's information, or join a session?

If you're unable to view a session's information, it's because you haven't completed the course's prerequisites. You will not be able to join a session until you've completed the course's prerequisites.  

Can I import a calendar entry for an instructor-led course into Lotus Notes?

Yes! You can import a calendar entry for an instructor-led course into Lotus Notes
